Welcome to SaleSpark. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Guangzhou Firebird Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Firebird Tech" or "we") regarding your use of the SaleSpark platform and related services.

1. Service Description

SaleSpark is an intelligent sales training platform that provides:

  • AI-powered sales simulation training with virtual clients (text and voice modes).
  • Learning and practice guidance across multiple sales methodologies.
  • Real-time scoring, feedback, and skill growth analytics.
  • Enterprise team sales training management.
  • Open API for third-party integrations.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not transfer or authorize others to use your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using SaleSpark, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or rights of others.
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' data.
  • Engage in fraud, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract platform data at scale.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Plans

SaleSpark offers various subscription plans, including free trials and paid subscriptions. Features, pricing, and billing cycles are as displayed on the platform.

4.2 Payment & Renewal

  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You must comply with their terms.
  • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may not include taxes.

4.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, contact our support team. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The SaleSpark platform and all its content are the intellectual property of Firebird Tech or its licensors.
  • Content you create on the platform belongs to you, but you grant us a limited license to use it for providing our services.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

  • Training content and assessments are for reference only and do not constitute professional sales consulting advice.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
  • Virtual client conversations are AI-generated and do not represent any real individuals or companies.

7. Service Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform features at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction of Firebird Tech.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
